Bbq Lamb Chops Recipe
Let chops come to room temperature approximately 20 minutes before grilling.

Barbecue on medium high bbq grill till done to your preference 3 minutes per side for medium. Place chops on the preheated grill and cook until browned and medium rare on the inside 3 to 4 minutes per side. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium high heat.
Marinade lamb chops in remaining ingredients for an hour or two. Add lamb toss until coated and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours. Lamb chops are always a winner at a barbecue as they re quick to cook easy to eat with your hands and ever popular.
Add the marinade and the lamb chops to a large zip top bag and massage the marinade into the meat making sure to completely cover them. Chops come from a prime area of the lamb which means they re more expensive than tougher cuts such as lamb shank but the succulent tender meat is definitely worth the higher price tag as it s much easier to prepare and cook. The longer the better but give them at least one hour.
