Recipe Kale Pasta Sauce
Drain the kale and squeeze out excess water.
Recipe kale pasta sauce. Once the kale is cooked add the daiya cheese coconut milk garlic powder salt and pepper. Toss the hot pasta with the sauce kale and just enough of the reserved pasta water to carry the sauce throughout all the noodles. Add the kale and continue to sauté until the kale has wilted and has turned a deep green color about 5 7 minutes.
Cook pasta until al dente according to package directions. Add the tomatoes salt crushed black pepper and herbs. Cook pasta according to package directions.
Splash in about 1 cup pasta cooking liquid. Reserve about 2 cups of the water from the pot when you drain the pasta. While the pasta is cooking add the juice of one lemon olive oil nutritional yeast and salt to the blender with the kale and garlic.

Once the pasta is done reserve some of the pasta water and drain the rest. Chop medium fine and stir into the tomato sauce. Cover with a lid and let the tomatoes cook for about 10 15 minutes.
Cook al dente 10 to 11 minutes or according. Top with parm salt and pepper. Blend until you have a smooth vibrant green sauce.
