Recipe Lemon Chess Bars
Pulse next 4 ingredients in a food processor until combined 5 to 6 times.
Recipe lemon chess bars. Place the lemon chess bars in the refrigerator for about one hour. Mix the zest of 1 1 2 lemons and juice from 2 lemons together in a bowl. Step 1 mix together egg cake mix and butter.
Step 2 pat into well greased 9 x 12 inch cake pan. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Add eggs and extracts and beat until well blended on speed 3.

Step 5 cool and cut into squares. These gooey lemon chess bars were chewy sweet but not too sweet and with a crunchy sugar top. Combine 1 cup flour and 2 tablespoons sugar in a small mixing bowl.
Step 4 pour over top of crust and bake at 350 f at least 30 minutes or until golden brown. Press mixture evenly into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees f 175 degrees c. With same mixing bowl and same beaters not necessary to wash beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth on speed 2. Add melted butter mixing well.
