Zesty Lemon Bars Recipe

Stir juice and zest into milk. Mix in 1 4 cup confectioners sugar vanilla extract and salt. Butter a 9 by 13 inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl blend together softened butter 2 cups flour and 1 2 cup sugar. We are not kidding when we say you can make lemon bars with a crusty shortbread and zesty lemon filling using only 5 ingredients. Sprinkle the remaining dough over the top.
