Jalapeno Popper Chicken Recipe

Mix until well combined and everything is melted together. Bake for 5 more minutes or until topping is melted. While chicken is baking prepare jalapeno popper topping for chicken.
Top each breast with 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese some jalapeño and a sprinkling of the cheddar. Once chicken is cooked through remove chicken from oven spread jalapeño popper mixture all over each chicken breast until well covered. Lay the chicken on the sheet pan and lightly sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. An instant read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 74 degrees c. Cut parallel slices down the length of each chicken breast then lay them in a greased skillet and insert alternate slices of cheese and bacon into each.
