Lacinato Kale Chips Recipe

Destem your kale and tear into bite sized chip pieces. In a large mixing bowl combine kale pieces and oil s. Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Use your hands to massage the kale pieces so each piece is thoroughly coated with the oil. Toss washed kale leaves with olive oil. Place kale on baking sheets topped with wire racks in a single layer.

Strip the kale leaves from their sturdy stems and place in the bowl of a salad spinner. Rinse and thoroughly dry kale then tear into small pieces and discard any large stems. Step 2 with a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces.
Add to a large mixing bowl and drizzle with oil and seasonings of choice. Wash and thoroughly dry the kale. Preheat the oven to 325 f and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
