Lamb Chops Recipe Vinegar
Cook the onions until slightly golden just a few minutes then add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Lamb chops recipe vinegar. In a large bowl whisk together apple cider vinegar worcestershire sauce salt lemon juice garlic powder brown sugar and onion powder. Remove the lamb chops to a plate and cover with foil. When the lamb is finished put the onion and garlic in the pot and cook until they are pale gold.
Stir in vinegar scraping any bits of lamb from the bottom of the skillet then stir in the chicken broth. Continue to cook and stir over medium high heat for about 5 minutes until the sauce has reduced by half. Add vinegar and bring to a boil scraping the pan for browned bits.
Drain lamb discard marinade. In a hot saute pan with a little oil saute lamb chops on all sides until medium rare. Remove from heat and stir in the butter.
Keep turning chops until liquid is reduced and all of glaze sticks to the chops about another 3 minutes total. Stir together the vinegar honey and hot sauce and then drizzle over chops in pan. Combine oil vinegar and rosemary in a bowl add lamb tossing to coat in marinade let stand for 10 minutes.
Add salt and pepper then the vinegar. Remove the garlic rosemary sprig and bay leaf then season the sauce with salt and pepper. Spoon over the lamb and serve immediately.
Bring the vinegar to a brisk simmer for about 30 seconds. Saute some onions and garlic if you like. Sprinkle lamb chops with salt and pepper and then add to skillet.
