Recipe For Lemon Meringue Pie Cupcakes
Preheat the oven to 180 c gas 4.

Pre heat oven to 180 c and line 12 a hole cupcake tray with patty cases. The slices are tough to get into the frosting after it s been toasted. Combine all the cupcake ingredients and beat until combined.
Step 6 top each cupcake with a heaping teaspoon of lemon curd and 1 meringue cookie. 1 cup of sugar. Place back in muffin pans or on cookie sheet.
