Recipe Green Beans On The Grill
Combine green beans olive oil garlic and salt in a bowl.
Recipe green beans on the grill. Allow green beans to marinate for 30 minutes. Add 3 teaspoons of butter to each bean serving and close the foil tightly to form a packet. Place green beans on grill pan and cook until charred all over about 7 minutes total.
Butter butter will provide a nice familiar flavor to green beans and it will brown pretty quickly on the grill to add a little nuttiness. Wash and trim the green beans. Place 1 4 of each of the beans on the center of each double sheet of aluminum foil.
Place foil packets on the preheated grill and cook until beans are tender 15 to 20 minutes. Garlic smash and mince garlic before adding to the pan to release the natural aromas and oils. Cook 30 seconds longer.
Place the green beans directly on the grill grates and grill for about 4 to 5 minutes per side 8 to 10 minutes total until charred and tender. If you re not a fan of butter use olive oil avocado oil canola oil or vegetable oil. Stockpot bring 4 quarts water to a boil.
In a bowl mix the green beans with the olive oil kosher salt and plenty of fresh ground black pepper. Cook uncovered just until crisp tender 2 3 minutes. Pat them dry with a towel.
Place grill pan on preheated grill. Season liberally with seasoned salt. Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
