Recipe ground beef tomatoes elbow macaroni. 8 ounces elbow macaroni or mini penne or cavatappi kosher salt. 1 pound ground beef 85 15 or 90 10 1 onion chopped about 1 cup 3 cloves garlic minced 1 4 cup diced green bell pepper 1 can 14 5 ounces diced tomatoes chili style or tomatoes with green chilies 1 can 14 5 ounces tomatoes diced. Add garlic uncooked elbow macaroni water stewed tomatoes tomato sauce sugar and italian seasoning to the skillet with the ground beef. Meanwhile in a large skillet cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Cook over medium low heat at a low simmer until the elbow macoroni is cooked to desired texture approximately 10 minutes.

Stir into beef mixture. Used what i had on hand 3 cloves garlic minced 7 oz tomato sauce 2 carrots diced 1 2 cup macaroni 1 small potato diced 1 2 cup chicken broth to 1 2 lb ground beef. Add both cans of tomato soup to the cooked and drained ground beef.
Served over steamed wihite rice. Place chopped onions bell peppers and ground beef in large skillet that has been sprayed with pam.
