Whisk together until combined. Scatter the mushrooms ham and cheese in the tart shell and pour the custard on top. Prick pie crust a few times with fork.
Heat the oil in a large preferably non stick pan. Sprinkle grated cheese over the mushrooms. Spread the apple slices over the ham and musrooms and sprinkle with the cream cheese.
Pour egg mixture over the cheese filling. Pour mixture into pie crust. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
