Recipe Ham Lentil Soup
Discard the bay leaf.

Stir chicken broth water carrots celery onion lentils garlic and red wine vinegar together in a large stockpot. Heat olive oil in the dutch oven over medium high heat until shimmering. Cover and simmer until lentils and vegetables are tender 30 40 minutes.
