Grease one 2 1 2 quart casserole dish.

Place the potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Add the cream cheese sour cream milk onion garlic salt and salt. Bring to a boil over high heat then reduce the heat partially cover and simmer until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a knife about 20 minutes.
Step 2 blend together milk cream cheese onion dip and eggs. Butter a casserole dish.
