Jerk Chicken Roti Recipe

Place the chicken in a medium bowl and coat with the marinade. When ready to grill heat grill to medium high and oil grates. Mix for about 15 seconds.
Cook until the skin is rosy brown and crisp about 25. Place the chicken on the grill skin side up and cover the grill. Marinate the chicken in a covered bowl or zip lock bag for several hours or overnight.
