Lasagna With Cottage Cheese Recipe
Salt and pepper to taste.
Lasagna with cottage cheese recipe. Arrange 1 3 of the noodles on top of meat mixture. Repeat layers topping with sauce and cheese. Stir beef and pasta sauce together.
In 9x13 pan layer ingredients starting with sauce then cottage cheese mozzarella and noodles. Spread 1 cup meat sauce in an ungreased 13x9 in. Preheat oven to 375.
Drain the excess grease and add in the garlic. Rinse in cool water until the noodles are cooled enough to handle. Combine the cottage cheese egg and italian seasoning.
Saute until the garlic is browned. Brown ground beef and drain. Preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
Cover noodles with 1 3 of meat mixture 1 cup cottage cheese and 1 3 each of cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese. In a large bowl mix together the cottage cheese 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese eggs half of the grated parmesan cheese dried parsley salt and ground black pepper. Spread 1 2 cup pasta sauce mixture onto bottom of 13x9 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake for 40 50 minutes until desired doneness. Layer with 3 noodles provolone cheese 2 cups cottage cheese mixture 1 cup mozzarella 3 noodles 2 cups meat sauce remaining cottage cheese mixture and 1 cup mozzarella. Brown the ground beef.
