Recipe for mac and cheese using heavy cream. Raise the heat to medium high and bring sauce to a low boil whisk sauce constantly. In a large skillet melt the butter over medium heat. Reduce heat so that sauce remains at a simmer and continue to whisk until the sauce is thick and coats the back of a spoon about 3 minutes.
