Recipe Kale Butternut Squash
Place on a large baking tray drizzle generously with oil salt and pepper toss and place in the oven for 35 40 minutues until soft through and starting to brown on the edges.
Recipe kale butternut squash. Preheat oven to 400 degrees f 200 degrees c. Add squash and sprinkle with salt pepper and chili powder. Add the cubed butternut squash to the pan and reduce the heat to low.
Cook stirring often until tender and golden about 6 minutes. 15 minutes into roasting the butternut squash start on the onions. Cut both ends off the squash peel it and cut in half lengthways.
Add onion 1 2 of the balsamic vinegar brown sugar vegetable oil salt and pepper and toss to coat. Add the squash and sprinkle with the salt chile powder and pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Grease your baking sheet with olive oil. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Let it cook for 8 10 minutes until the edges start to get that nice golden brown. Cook for several minutes turning gently. Roast in oven for 25 minutes or until the squash is cooked through and browned on the edges.
2 sauté onions and garlic. Add the squash stirring frequently until the squash is starts to be become soft about 12 minutes. Spread mixture in a single layer onto a baking sheet.
