In small bowl combine ricotta cheese and italian seasoning. Sauté until tender and add the ground beef and sausage. Simmer uncovered 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400. In a large skillet cook and crumble sausage with onion over medium heat until no longer pink 5 7 minutes. Crumble sausage into a small skillet.
