Recipe Lemon Curd Cake
Press 2 3 of dough into a well greased or baking paper lined 25 cm springform cake tin.

Put into a greased or lined 900g 2 lb loaf tin or makes approximately 16 18 cupcakes. Put flour caster sugar margarine eggs and lemon curd into a mixing bowl or food processor and mix well together. Preheat oven to 350f 180c and grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
Add remaining sugar and beat until smooth about 1 1 2 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into another bowl and stir in zest. Add eggs and mix to a soft dough.
