Recipe Meatloaf Stuffed Peppers
Pour ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.

Spread half of the crushed tomatoes into a square baking dish. Preheat the oven to 400. Slice off the tops of green bell peppers.
Set peppers aside and chop tops finely. Remove tops and seeds from peppers. Immerse in boiling water for 3 minutes.
Cut the tops off the bell peppers and clean them out then place the meat mixture inside each one to just over the top of the pepper and is full.
