Ground Beef Cabbage Soup Recipe

Simmer uncovered for 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender. In the saucepan heat oil at medium heat. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Bring to a boil. Bring to a boil reduce heat and let simmer for an hour. Add salt and pepper.
