Ground Beef Loaded Nachos Recipe
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

In a 10 inch nonstick skillet cook the ground beef over medium high heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until no longer pink stirring occasionally to break up the beef. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water and simmer until beef mixture has thickened 8 to 10 minutes.
Add onion and cook until softened about 5 6 minutes. Add ground beef and cook breaking up the beef with a wooden spoon until beef is no longer pink. Drain and discard the excess fat.
