Recipe Lemon Crumble Bars
Pulse flour powdered sugar lemon zest and salt in a food processor until combined 5 to 6 times.
Recipe lemon crumble bars. Stir in cracker crumbs. Can be frozen without any problems. In a large bowl beat the cake mix butter and egg until crumbly.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Press remaining crumb mixture on bottom of greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Stir in saltine crumbs.
Pulse until mixture forms pea size pieces 4 to 5 times. Must be cooled completely before cutting into squares. Pulse until combined 2 to 3 times.
Set aside 2 cups for topping. Whisk together all ingredients until well combined. Spread half crumb mixture into pan.

Bake 350 degrees until golden brown about 12 to 16 minutes. Press dough into prepared baking pan using a spatula to spread in an even layer. Bake at 350 for 18 20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
