Recipe Lemon Curd Flapjack
Press of the mixture into a lined flapjack tin using the base of a spoon.
Recipe lemon curd flapjack. Step one preheat oven to 180 c or gas 4. 1 2 1 tbsp lemon juice. Do not use a microwave.
Press into the tin spread over the lemon curd then sprinkle over the remaining flapjack mix. Heat oven to 180c 160c fan gas 4 and line a 20 x 20 cm tin with baking parchment. Top with 150g lemon curd and spread in an even layer. 5 tbsp i used around half a 400g jar lemon curd zest of 2 lemons juice of 1 2 lemon 1 tbsp golden syrup optional but delicious icing. 200g sieved icing sugar juice of 1 2 1 lemon.
These fruity bakes are packed full of texture and flavour. Mix in porridge oats and seeds. Golden syrup 175g porridge oats.
Press of the mixture into your tin and press down on it make sure you press it into each corner. Bake for 30 minutes then take it out of the oven and leave to cool once cold cut into 12 slices. Print lemon meringue flapjacks.
Add 425g porridge oats to the pan and stir to coat the oats. Evenly spread the lemon curd over the flapjack then sprinkle over the remaining flapjack mix. Melt 250g butter in a saucepan along with 250g soft brown sugar and 175g golden syrup.
