Hummus Recipe Raw Chickpeas
If you do not do this step the hummus will be awful.
Hummus recipe raw chickpeas. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Scrape sides and bottom of the bowl then add remaining chickpeas and process until thick and quite smooth. Add half of the chickpeas to the food processor and process for 1 minute.
Place the sprouted beans into the container of a large food processor. Using a food processor pulse the chick peas lemon garlic cloves and tahini. Remove from heat and let stand for 1 minute.
For a more authentic hummus add about 1 4 1 2 cup tahini to ingredients. Add the tahini sea salt lemon juice and garlic. 15 min cook.
Adjust seasonings and add salt to taste. In a food processor combine the oil chickpeas lemon juice garlic and salt. Place the sprouted beans in the hot water and let sit for 1 minute.
Water in a food processor. Lemon juice garlic cup tahini tsp. Soak the chick peas for 24 hours.
Cumin and 2 tbsp. Cover and blend until perfectly smooth. Salt 10 cracks pepper tsp.
