Meatloaf recipe 9 x 13 pan. As long as you have one about this size this recipe will work fine though it might be flatter or taller. This is my mom s meatloaf recipe that i tweaked slightly. Place in prepared pan in the shape of a loaf.

The bread in the recipe holds the meatloaf together while cooking. Instead of bread i have used bread crumbs or crackers. Peel and quarter potatoes.

We prefer flat and square but can also do it as a large loaf. Hour or until done. Shape into a loaf.

I like to use a two piece loaf pan because the bottom pan catches the excess fat drippings and therefore you can easily discard the excess grease. My loaf pan is 23 x 13 x 6 cm 9 x 5 x 2 5. Prepare 9 5 inch loaf pan by coating with cooking spray.

It is delicious and moist without being heavy or greasy. Place in the center of a greased electric fry pan. It will hold it s own shape.

Spray 9 x 13 pan with non stick cooking spray. I love the browned top and edges of meatloaf so i make this in a 13x9 pan so there is more of the delicious top and edges. Personally when i make meatloaf i like to use a wider pan and just form it into a loaf.
