Recipe For Homemade Noodles Egg Noodles
In a large bowl or clean surface combine 2 cups of flour and salt.

Drain and serve as desired. Knead until smooth and elastic about 10 minutes. Measure flour into bowl.
Add noodles and continue to boil until tender yet firm to the bite 5 to 7 minutes. Make a deep well in a center of the flour and then add the eggs and water to the well. Knead dough until smooth about 5 minutes.
