Recipe For Jerk Chicken Curry
Heat half the oil in a large frying pan quickly brown the chicken then remove.

In a large pan heat the oil and add onion and coriander stalks cook gently for 5 mins 3 add your jerk paste and combine with the soft onions then add the chicken give a good mix and leave till the chicken is cooked 4. Place the tapioca starch in a small bowl and whisk in 4 tsp of the cooking liquid from the slow cooker.
Dice up all onions. Add the pepper curry powder remaining jerk paste and half the thyme and continue to cook for a furrther 2 minutes. Dice up potatoes yams and carrots into hearty size pieces set aside in cold water.
