Recipe Ground Beef Pot Pie
Cut slits in several places in top crust.
Recipe ground beef pot pie. Stir cornstarch into beef mixture until mixed. Spoon into crust lined pie plate. Cut slits in top.
Cook 5 to 6 minutes over medium high heat stirring constantly until hot. Stir in the potatoes broth and seasonings. Bake at 400 for 30 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
In a separate bowl combine cooked ground beef cooked or frozen cubed potatoes frozen veggies cream of chicken soup and salt and pepper. Crimp edges to seal. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cover edge of crust with foil. Roll out a pie crust in a deep pie pan. Place pastry over filling.
Pour the beef mixture over the pie crust. Spray a deep pie pan with a non stick spray and set aside. Seal edge and flute.
In a large nonstick skillet cook the beef onions and carrots over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
