Lamb Chops Recipe Red Wine
Grilled lamb chops with red wine garlic and honey glaze the honey does not sweeten the chops it just helps them brown.
Lamb chops recipe red wine. Add the onions garlic tomatoes strained marinade and rest of seasoning. Add the oil to the skillet. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
Turn chops over and cook 3 minutes longer. Whisk all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat.
To make a marinade mix the red wine olive oil origanum garlic balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper in a glass bowl. Remove onion and garlic and set aside. Add chops to the pan cook 4 minutes.
Combine red wine 3 tablespoons olive oil vinegar lemon juice lemon peel garlic 2 teaspoons thyme mint and 1 2 teaspoon pepper in a baking dish. Leave covered in the fridge for 4 6 hours better still overnight. Remove chops from the skillet and set aside in a warm place.
Prep time 5 mins. Pour off all but 2 tsp of fat from skillet. Add lamb chops to the remaining marinade cover and refrigerate for 4 hours turning meat over halfway through to be sure it is.
Reserve 1 4 of the marinade and pour the remainder over the lamb chops. Blend rosemary olive oil garlic tapenade or olives pepper and wine in a blender or food processor until smooth. Deglaze the pan with dry red wine and whisk together a quick red wine pan sauce with aromatics like garlic and shallot and fragrant piney rosemary and thyme.
