Lamb Chops Recipe Honey Mustard
Broil chops 2 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness basting occasionally with mustard mixture.

Brush some of the mustard mixture on top of the chops. Arrange chops and zucchini cut sides down on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Once oil hot adds one by one lamb chops.
Each side cooking time 7 to 8 min. From the heat for 5 7 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness for medium rare a thermometer should read 135. Brush sauce over both sides of lamb.
