Recipe Ground Beef Cabbage
Cover with a lid add some water and cook for 5 6 minutes.
Recipe ground beef cabbage. At this point set the oven temp to 350 degrees. Cook and stir onion in hot oil until translucent about 5 minutes. Add the chicken broth if the mixture is a bit dry.
Pour the ground beef and tomato mixture over the cabbage and bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes. Arrange the drained cabbage in the prepared 2 quart baking dish. Using a wooden spoon break in into smaller crumbs and cook stirring for 5 7 minutes or until no longer pink.
Add beef back to the skillet then add the onion garlic salt pepper and the red pepper flakes. Ground beef and cabbage step by step. Add cabbage chili flakes some of the garlic some of the tamari sauce and a little oil.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Sprinkle the cheese over the casserole and bake for about 5 minutes longer until the cheese has melted. Cook and stir continuing to break the beef into smaller pieces until the beef is completely browned 5 to 7 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce stir and heat the tomato beef mixture over low heat. Add salt pepper thyme red pepper flakes and chopped cabbage. Combine cabbage tomatoes with juice onion italian seasoning salt and black pepper in a large pot over low heat.
Cook ground beef in a nonstick pan breaking it apart at medium high heat. Chop the cabbage peel mince the garlic and chop the ginger. Add the beef to the pan and cook without moving for 1 minute to get a nice sear on it.
