Recipe Lemon Bars With Lemon Curd
Add flour baking soda and salt.

I love these lemon squares with a shortbread base and soft lemon curd. C turn the mixer on again and mix until everything is incorporated. Instead of cooking the lemon curd over a bain marie i bake it with the crust.
Blend until mixture forms coarse crumbs. I make some little adjustments when preparing lemon curd for these bars. Heat oven to 350 degrees f.
