Recipe Mac And Cheese Cauliflower
Roast for about 10 15 minutes until crisp tender or done to your liking.
Recipe mac and cheese cauliflower. Half fill a large saucepan with water and bring to the boil. Meanwhile cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water for 8 minutes 5 if using macaroni. Transfer to an ovenproof dish then sprinkle over the remaining cheese and flash under a hot grill until golden and bubbling.
Reduce heat to medium and add oil to the pasta pot. Mix in pasta cauliflower mixture cheddar cheese sour cream milk and dijon mustard. Stir in 1 cup of the cheese.
Toss cauliflower florets with melted butter and season with salt and pepper. Serve with a green salad if you like. Transfer the cauliflower to the baking dish and set aside.
Add onion salt and pepper. Break the cauliflower into florets then cut into 2cm thick slices and finely slice the stalk and any nice leaves. Add the cauliflower florets and boil for 10 12 minutes or until.
Add the stalk and leaves to the pan and cook for 10 minutes or until soft but not coloured stirring regularly. Drain the macaroni and cauliflower and stir into the cheese sauce. Transfer mixture to a shallow 3 quart baking dish.
Bring the cream to a simmer in a small saucepan and whisk in the cream cheese and mustard until smooth.
