Recipe Meatloaf With Bacon

Cut the bacon strips in half and lay over the loaf tucking the ends in. Add ketchup brown sugar mustard and hot sauce in a mixing bowl. Bake for another 15 minutes.
Line a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with slightly overlapping pieces of bacon. Continue baking until no longer pink in the center about 10 more minutes. Turn out and serve sliced.
Brush bacon wrapped meatloaf with 3 tablespoons barbeque sauce. Add onion and garlic saute until softened. Flip the bacon wrapped meat loaf upside down making the ends of the bacon tuck under the loaf.
Spread with a spoon. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
