Rinse and thoroughly dry kale then tear into small pieces and discard any large stems. But if your oven is too hot the kale will burn before it has a chance to get nice and crunchy. Bake kale at 300ºf for 7 9 minutes watching very closely.
Preheat the oven to 275 f. Dry thoroughly using a clean kitchen towel or salad spinner. Preheat oven to 325 f.
