Crispy Kale Chips Recipe

Dry thoroughly using a salad spinner or a clean kitchen towel. Heat oven to 150c 130c fan gas 2 and line 2 baking trays with baking parchment. Cut the leaves into small pieces.
Wash the kale and dry thoroughly. Add to a large mixing bowl and drizzle with oil and seasonings of choice. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces.
