Green Lentil Soup Recipe
First in a large pot heat some olive oil and saute onion and garlic.

Add in garlic celery onion carrot bay leaves and thyme to the pot. Pour in vegetable stock or water and bring the soup to boil. Trim the white ribs out of the chard.
Remove with a slotted spoon to a plate lined with paper towels. Stir the pot well and then add in turmeric cumin paprika and tomato paste. Cut potato into 1 2 inch dice.
