Jerk chicken is full of different spices and flavors that will make you feel like you are in the caribbeans. Heat butter and oil in large skillet over medium heat. Put your chicken in a resealable bag or box anything you have.
Let stand 5 minutes. Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Heat a grill pan over medium high heat.
Add the ingredients to a food processor or blender and make a coarse mixture of it. Cut across the grain into thin slices. Arrange chicken on pan.
Blend well then mix in onions green onions garlic and habanero peppers until almost smooth. Whisk in flour and butter and cook until the flour flavor cooks out about two to three minutes whisking constantly. Purée remaining ingredients and 1 4 cup water in a blender until smooth.
