Lasagna With Cottage Cheese Recipe Simple
Preheat oven to 375 degrees f.

Stir until well combined. Layer 2 noodles 1 3 of the meat 3 4 cup of cottage cheese 1 2 cup mozzarella. In a bowl mix the cottage cheese eggs and parmesan cheese until thoroughly combined.
Bake for 40 50 minutes until desired doneness. Layer with uncooked lasagna noodles cheese mixture mozzarella cheese and meat sauce. Step 5 place 4 noodles side by side into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
I like to throw in a little parsley salt and ground pepper too. To assemble in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish evenly spread 3 4 cup of the sauce mixture. Top with a layer of the tomato basil sauce a layer of ground beef mixture and a layer of the cottage cheese mixture.
