Guacamole Recipe Yellow Onion

Sprinkle with salt and use pestle to lightly smash everything until juices are released from vegetables. The best onion for the job depends on the flavor profile of your guacamole and there s a rainbow of possibilities. Instead of green onions use freshly chopped white or red onion.
