London Broil Recipe With Balsamic Vinegar
Grill or broil until done as desired.
London broil recipe with balsamic vinegar. Season the meat with the salt and pepper. Whisk olive oil balsamic vinegar red onion garlic mustard salt and pepper together in a mixing bowl. Simmer until the liquid has reduced by half and is a syrupy consistency about 5 minutes.
Pour over london broil. Rub olive oil on london broil. Pour the marinade over the top round steak and cover.
Grill london broil on high for 4 5 minutes for the first side. In a large skillet over low heat combine the vinegar brown sugar garlic and bay leaf. Pierce meat with fork to work the tenderizer in to the meat on both sides.
Preheat grill to high heat. Discard the garlic and bay leaf. Preheat the broiler and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
Place london broil in a ziplock bag or baking dish and cover with the marinade up to 24 hours prior to cooking. Add meat tenderizer to both side of meat. Put all ingredients except meat in a container fitted with a lid.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight turning the meat occasionally.
