Heat oil in a saute pan over medium heat and add garlic.
Recipe for green beans and tomatoes garlic. Add oil to the pot and heat over medium high heat. Add beans and cook until just tender about 5 minutes. Then add your green beans salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the tomatoes seasoned salt allspice and pepper. Step 3 drain the green beans and add them to the skillet along with the lemon juice.
While your green beans are cooking peel your garlic and finely chop it. Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Cook stirring frequently until softened about 5 minutes.
Remove the garlic to a small plate with a slotted spoon leaving the oil behind. Add the green beans and 6 whole garlic cloves and cook for about 2 minutes tossing to coat the beans. Return to a boil.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Then add green beans and tomatoes. Cook for 1 minute.
Steam the green beans or blanch them in a pot of boiling water for 1 2 minutes until they are bright green and firm. Add beans and salt to the pan. Add the garlic and let it cook for a minute or two.
