Recipe Ground Beef Stir Fry
Lots of veggies add color and crunch.
Recipe ground beef stir fry. Once your cabbage and carrots have been added and are softened add the remaining sauce stir frying to coat everything together in all of those flavours. Melt ghee in large skillet or wok over medium heat. Since mushrooms take longer to cook than the other vegetables you can add them to the pan while the beef is still a little pink.
I grew up on bags of frozen stir fry mix with broccoli carrots baby corn and water chestnuts. Drain the grease and add olive oil and veggies and cook until tender. A beef stir fry that has wonderful flavors without using a ton of spices.
When hot add garlic and onion. Stir fry for 2 3 mins. Stir fry for another 3 4 minutes or until squash becomes slightly tender and starts to loose its moisture.
Remove and set aside on a plate. Add in cooked ground beef and hoisin. They re not my preference as i find them watery and a bit soggy but you know what.
Stir fry has to be one of the easiest dinner ideas. Fry your ground beef mince first until nicely browned and crispy. Add ground beef and a little salt.
Once it s browned with your onion garlic and ginger add half of your prepared stir fry sauce to flavour your beef first. Cook for about 3 minutes. Cook ground beef until browned remove from skillet.
