Cook onion and green pepper in margarine until tender.
Recipe ham and potato casserole. Cook and stir onion and green pepper over medium heat until onions are translucent 5 to 7 minutes. Add milk and bring to a boil stirring constantly. It s a twist on the traditional meat and potatoes meal and combines just five ingredients.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 35 minutes. Reduce heat and add cheese and mayo. Bring to a simmer and continue to whisk until thickened about 3 minutes.
Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet fry hash browns in oil until browned.
Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese. Stir in flour and pepper. Remove from heat stir in ham soup sour cream 1 1 2 cups cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese.
Add potatoes and ham. Cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned translucent about 5 minutes. Stir until cheese melts.
Pour into a greased 13x9 in. Transfer to the prepared baking dish. Even better this is a one pan meal.
