Recipe Jerk Lamb Chops
1 scotch bonnet or habanero.

In a heavy pan place meat and let cook for at least 20 minutes over medium to high heat. 2 lamb chop racks. Add the lamb chops and garlic and cook over moderately high heat until the chops are browned on the bottom about 3 minutes.
On a greased baking pan bake chops for 10 minutes. This recipe for lamb chops is a favorite in my house. Preheat oven to 400 f or barbecue to 375 f.
