Recipe Kale White Bean Sausage Soup
Heat a large heavy bottomed pot over med high heat and add 2 tbsp olive oil.
Recipe kale white bean sausage soup. Add sausage and brown stirring occasionally to break into smaller pieces approximately 10 minutes. Add kale and saute stirring until wilted. In a large pot heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat.
Add chicken stock white beans not drained and kale. Use a sharp knife to slice sausage add to hot oil and saute 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove the sausage to paper towels to drain.
Scrape any of the browned bits from the bottom of the pot add sliced sausage and brown for 5 7 minutes. 6 cups chopped kale. 1 cup diced fresh tomatoes.
3 cups chicken broth. Add onion carrots potato and bay leaves. In a large dutch oven heat oil over medium high heat.
Add sausage and cook working to break into bite sized pieces until lightly browned about five minutes. Add onion celery and carrot to pot. Sauté diced onions in oil in a large pot until soft 3 5 mins.
Reduce heat to medium low. Add onions bell pepper celery carrots and sausage. Stir in chicken broth water italian seasoning and cooked sausage and bring to a boil.
