Kale Chips Recipe Avocado Oil
Place the dry kale leaves in a bowl and drizzle on about half tablespoon avocado oil.

Sprinkle with a little sea salt. Mist with a bit of olive oil or avocado oil. I always make my kale chips oil free and it doesn t need oil at all.
Once coated evenly arrange the kale on 2 stainless steel cookie sheets. Bake on convection bake at 225 degrees for 12 minutes. Cheesy oil free kale chips are the best.
Rinse and thoroughly dry kale then tear into small pieces and discard any large stems. I have been seeing these cheesy kale chips around a lot. Toss kale with oil chilli flakes and sesame seeds in prepared baking tray.
