3 grill the hot dogs.

The onion will be a little cooked from the heated kimchi. Remove from the heat and add the chopped onion. Mix together the kimchi honey and vinegar in a small bowl.
Grill hot dogs to desired doneness. Place in a large bowl sprinkle with the salt and toss with your hands until the cabbage is coated. Put the hot dogs in the rolls and top each one with 1 tablespoon mustard and one quarter of the kimchi relish.
