Recipe Marinated Lamb Bbq Chops
Cook on a hot bbq for 3 4 minutes each side according to taste.

Preheat a barbecue until the coals are white hot. Give a good shake to coat the chops cover and leave in the fridge overnight turning the chops over once. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours turning the chops occasionally.

Mix all ingredients then pour over lamb chops in a glass dish. Cook lamb to your taste.
